Yoga
My tuition focuses on strengthening, opening and grounding. We will explore ways to 'undo' the build up of tension and stiffness in the muscles, tendons and ligaments. By using the breath and focusing on the bones of skeletal system through the concepts of 'Gravity and Levity', we explore ways to find structural integration, release pain and tension and create strength and tonus through the whole system.
I am informed by my on-going studies of the work of Vanda Scareavelli (link) and my love of Qi Gong.
