Welcome, my name is Jasmine Itter, Elixir Health is the integration of years of journeying.

I've been flowing like a river into this perfect ocean of wholeness.

Now I find myself in this gratifying moment where I now can offer up my skills in various locations including Ireland, India and Portugal where I am now based.

Vale of the Stars is the eco retreat centre we are developing in the centre of Portugal in the Serra da Estrela mountains.
